Booking policy & privacy
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 11:00. Check-out by 10:00. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability — add a request to your booking.
Rates
Rates are per room per night in Kenya shillings and include breakfast. The room rate, extra adults and children aged 3–12 are charged per night; the occupancy and meal-plan package (second adult, half or full board) is charged once per stay. Every charge is shown before you confirm; children under 3 stay free. USD amounts are indicative conversions only.
Payment
No payment is taken online; the balance is settled at the hotel. Card details are never requested or stored by this system.
Cancellation
Free cancellation online until the day before arrival. Same-day changes by phone on +254 112 899 619.
Privacy notice (summary)
We collect only what we need to manage your stay: name, email, phone, optional country of residence, stay details and requests. We use it to confirm and manage your booking and, only if you opt in, to send occasional offers. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting reservations@walabimarahotel.co.ke. Data is processed in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. We do not collect passport or card numbers through this system.
